Smartparcel runs this website. When you see "we," "us," or "our" anywhere on here, that's us. We're offering you everything on this site—all the information, tools, and services—but only if you agree to follow the terms, conditions, and policies we've laid out. By visiting or using our service, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. That includes anything else we've linked to or mentioned. Everyone using this site—whether you're just browsing, selling, buying, or contributing—needs to follow these rules. Take a minute and read through this carefully before you do anything on the site. If you access any part of it, you're agreeing to everything here. Can't agree to it? Then you can't use the site or our services. If we're making an offer, your acceptance is limited strictly to what we've written. Any new features or tools we add down the line will be covered by these same terms. You can always find the current version right here on this page. We can update, change, or replace any part of these terms whenever we want by posting the changes. It's on you to check back periodically. If you keep using the site after we post changes, that means you're accepting them.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By signing on to these terms, you're saying you're at least the legal age in your state or province. If you're bringing a minor on here, you're responsible for giving permission. Don't use our service for anything illegal or unauthorized. Make sure you're not breaking any laws where you live when you use it. Don't send viruses, worms, or any destructive code through our system. If you break any of these rules, we'll shut down your access right away.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We can refuse service to anyone for any reason, whenever we want. Your content might travel across different networks without encryption (though we always encrypt credit card info when it's in transit). That means it could change to work with different networks or devices. Don't copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of our service or the information on this site without our written permission. The headings in this agreement are just for convenience and don't change what the terms actually say.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We can't guarantee everything on this site is accurate, complete, or up to date. The stuff here is just general information and shouldn't be your only source when making decisions. If you're relying on what's on this site, that's your risk to take. Some of what you'll find here is historical and obviously not current. We keep it around for reference only. We might change things on the site whenever we want, but we're not obligated to keep everything updated. That's something you should keep an eye on yourself.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices can change without warning. We can modify or shut down the service (or any part of it) without notice whenever we see fit. We're not responsible to you or anyone else if we change prices, modify things, or stop offering the service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Some products or services are only available online here. They might be in limited supply and can only be returned or exchanged according to our Return Policy. We try hard to show colors and images as accurately as we can, but we can't promise your monitor will display them exactly right. We can limit sales to certain people, regions, or places if we want, and we don't have to give a reason. We can also limit how many of something you can buy. Product descriptions and prices can change anytime without notice. We can stop selling something whenever we decide to. Some offers might not be valid where you live. We're not saying the stuff you buy will meet your expectations or that we'll fix every error in our service.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We might turn down any order you place. We can limit or cancel how much you buy per person, household, or order. This goes for orders under the same account, same credit card, or same billing and shipping address too. If we need to change or cancel something, we'll try to reach you at the email or phone number you gave us. We can also block orders that look like they're coming from dealers or resellers. You're responsible for keeping your purchase and account info current and accurate, including your email and credit card details. SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. You're getting them "as is" and "as available" with no guarantees, warranties, or conditions, and we're not endorsing them. We're not liable for anything that happens when you use them. Using any of these optional tools is entirely your choice and your risk. Make sure you understand and approve of the terms that come with them from whoever's providing them. We might add new services or features (including new tools) in the future, and those will follow these same terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some of what you find here might come from third parties. Links to other sites aren't our responsibility. We don't check them out or guarantee their accuracy, and we're not liable for what's on those sites or what they sell. We're not responsible for anything that goes wrong when you buy or use stuff from third-party sites. Read their policies carefully before you deal with them. Any complaints about their products should go to them, not us.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us something we ask for (like a contest entry) or just send us ideas, suggestions, or anything else without us asking (whether by email, mail, or online), we can use it however we want. We can edit it, publish it, translate it, or do whatever without asking your permission. We don't have to keep it private, pay you for it, or even respond to it. We might remove content we think is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or otherwise problematic, but we don't have to. Your submissions can't violate anyone else's rights, including copyright or privacy. They also can't contain anything illegal, abusive, obscene, or contain malware that could mess with our service. Don't pretend to be someone else or mislead us about where something's coming from. You're responsible for what you submit and whether it's accurate. We're not liable for anything you or anyone else posts.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Sometimes you might find typos, mistakes, or missing information on the site about products, prices, shipping, or availability. We can fix these errors anytime and change or cancel orders if there's something wrong. We don't need to tell you first, even after you've placed an order. We're not obligated to keep everything updated unless the law says we have to. Don't assume that just because there's a date on something, all the information's been refreshed.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
On top of everything else in these terms, you can't use this site to: do anything illegal; get other people to break the law; violate any regulations where you live; mess with our intellectual property or anyone else's; harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone based on gender, religion, ethnicity, race, age, or disability; lie to us; upload viruses or malware; track other people's personal info; spam or scrape; do anything obscene; or try to break into our security. We can shut down your access if you break any of these rules.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We're not guaranteeing the service will run smoothly, be on time, secure, or error-free. The results you get from using our service might not be accurate or reliable. We can take the service down for as long as we want or cancel it anytime without telling you. You're using this service at your own risk. Everything we provide—the service and all products—comes "as is" and "as available" with no promises of any kind, whether we've said it out loud or just implied it. That includes no promises about quality, fitness for what you need, durability, ownership, or that it doesn't infringe on anyone's rights. We, our team, our partners, contractors, and anyone working with us are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages—direct, indirect, or otherwise—including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs. This applies whether it's from a contract issue, negligence, or anything else related to your use of the service or products you buy through it. This holds true even if we knew it might happen. Some places don't allow this kind of limitation, so our liability there is limited as much as the law allows.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect and defend Smartparcel, our parent company, subsidiaries, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or lawsuit—including attorney fees—that comes from you breaking these terms, violating any law, or infringing on someone else's rights.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, we'll enforce it as much as the law allows. That part gets removed, but everything else stays in effect.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Both of us keep our obligations even after this agreement ends. These terms stay in effect until either you or we end them. You can stop using our service whenever you want. If you stop coming to the site, that's the same as terminating. If we think you've broken any rule here, we can shut down your access immediately without notice. You'll still owe any fees up to that point, and we can deny you access to the service.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce something in these terms, that doesn't mean we've given up that right. These terms, plus any policies we post, make up the whole agreement between us. They control how you use the service and override anything we've said before, whether in person or in writing. Any unclear parts of these terms won't be held against whoever wrote them.

These terms follow the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
